‘‘Working out is a part of my life, there’s a lot of worthwhile reasons for staying consistent and committed. People say AGE IS JUST A NUMBER especially when it comes to health and sports; this expression is 100% true. I can testify that it is not the age that makes the difference, but the lifestyle. A lot of people may sometimes feel they’re not good enough but just always remember in the end ‘It’s worth all the effort.’ And all who have accomplished great things in sports had great goals, surely it will never be easy but with a lot of hard work the ‘SKY’S THE LIMIT’. So, I wanted to sincerely thank each one of you who helped and motivated me to be the best person I am today. I wanted to say thank you to the people who had given me the name of a LEGEND in this profession. May you keep this gym as always present in your lifestyle.

‘’I started at a young age competing and loving sports especially being fit and healthy. I want to inspire each and everyone into pushing to love sports even though at times it can be hard. There are times we feel disappointed because it seems like we aren’t getting the result that we want. I’m here to inspire everyone; IT’S NATURAL TO HAVE DOUBTS AND FEARS AND TO EVEN THINK ABOUT QUITTING. HOWEVER, THE WAY YOU DEAL WITH THIS FEELING MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE, AND IT’S WHAT SEPARATES THOSE WHO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS FROM THOSE WHO QUITE MAKE IT. So before you think about giving up, consider the fact that with a lot of hard work ‘NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE’. Moreover, I wanted to sincerely thank those people who motivated me and pushed me to be the best person I am today. May you keep this Gym always present on your lifestyle’’.
